1. About NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD.
NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. provides academic, educational, professional, scholarly, and general book publishing and related publishing services. Depending on the publishing package or service selected, services may include manuscript processing, editing, formatting, cover design, ISBN assistance/allocation, DOI-related services where applicable, printing, e-book preparation, open-access publication, online listing, distribution support, and promotional services.
The exact services provided to an author will depend on the package, quotation, proposal, agreement, or service selected at the time of publication.
2. Eligibility
Users submitting manuscripts or purchasing publishing services must be at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Where a manuscript is submitted on behalf of multiple authors, editors, an institution, or an organization, the person submitting it confirms that they have appropriate authorization to act on behalf of all concerned parties.
3. Manuscript Submission
Authors must submit manuscripts that are complete, accurate, and suitable for publication.
By submitting a manuscript, the author confirms that:
- The work is original or that all necessary permissions have been obtained.
- The manuscript does not knowingly infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.
- Proper acknowledgment and citation have been provided for material obtained from other sources.
- The author has obtained permission for copyrighted photographs, illustrations, tables, figures, or other third-party material wherever required.
- All co-authors or contributors have consented to the submission and publication of the work.
- The manuscript does not contain unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, plagiarized, or deliberately misleading material.
The author remains responsible for the content and accuracy of the manuscript.
4. Editorial and Publication Review
Submission of a manuscript does not automatically guarantee publication.
NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. reserves the right to review manuscripts for suitability, formatting, quality, legal concerns, ethical concerns, plagiarism, copyright issues, or compliance with publishing requirements.
We may request revisions or supporting documentation before proceeding with publication.
NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. reserves the right to decline or discontinue a publication project where serious plagiarism, copyright infringement, fraudulent information, unlawful material, or other substantial concerns are identified.
5. Author Responsibilities
Authors are responsible for carefully reviewing all manuscript files, proofs, cover designs, author details, affiliations, acknowledgments, references, ISBN information, and other publication information before providing final approval.
Once final approval has been provided and the book has entered production or publication, corrections may involve additional charges.
The publisher will not ordinarily be responsible for errors that were present in materials approved by the author during the proofing process.
6. ISBN and Publication Information
Where ISBN services are included in the selected publishing package, ISBN allocation and bibliographic information will be processed according to applicable ISBN agency requirements.
An ISBN identifies a particular publication and edition. Different formats or substantially different editions may require separate ISBNs.
The author must provide correct title, subtitle, author/editor names, edition, language, publication format, and other bibliographic information.
Once ISBN and publication metadata have been finalized or submitted to relevant agencies or distribution channels, changes may be restricted or may require additional processing.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in the author’s original manuscript remains with the author.
The author grants NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. the permissions reasonably necessary to edit, format, reproduce, publish, print, display, distribute, list, market, and otherwise process the work for the purpose of providing the agreed publishing services.
Any separate copyright transfer, exclusive publishing arrangement, licensing arrangement, or open-access licence will be governed by the specific publishing agreement accepted by the author.
Authors remain responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce third-party copyrighted material.
The NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. name, logos, website design, branding, templates, graphics, and publisher-created materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorization.
8. Publishing Fees and Payments
Publishing charges depend on the services or publishing package selected by the author.
All applicable fees will normally be communicated before or during the publication process.
Payment may be required in full or in agreed installments before particular services are commenced or completed.
Additional services requested after confirmation of the original package may attract additional charges.
The author is responsible for providing accurate billing and transaction information.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because publishing services involve customized professional work, refunds are determined according to the stage at which cancellation is requested.
If an author requests cancellation before substantial work has commenced, a refund may be considered after deduction of applicable administrative, payment-processing, or work-already-completed charges.
Once services such as editing, formatting, cover designing, ISBN processing, DOI processing, printing, digital conversion, publication, or distribution have commenced or been completed, the corresponding charges may be non-refundable.
Payments made for completed customized services, government/agency registrations, ISBN-related processing, DOI-related processing, printing, shipping, or third-party services are generally non-refundable once those services have been initiated.
Any approved refund will be processed through an appropriate payment method within a reasonable processing period.
10. Book Printing
Printed copies are produced according to the specifications approved by the author or purchaser.
Minor variations in colour, trimming, binding, paper appearance, or print output may occur due to differences in printing technology and production batches.
Authors should carefully review digital or physical proofs, where provided, before approving bulk printing.
After approval, the author is responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof unless the error resulted directly from a subsequent production mistake by the publisher or printer.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on printing schedules, delivery location, courier services, public holidays, weather, logistical disruptions, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD.
The purchaser must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on destination, weight, quantity, and delivery method.
NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. is not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party courier or logistics providers, although reasonable assistance may be provided in resolving delivery issues.
12. Online Distribution and Availability
Where distribution or online listing is included, NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. may submit book information to selected online stores, distributors, databases, catalogues, or other third-party platforms.
Final acceptance, listing, availability, pricing display, geographical availability, search visibility, and continued availability on third-party platforms may be subject to the policies and technical processes of those platforms.
Accordingly, NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. cannot guarantee permanent listing, specific sales volumes, rankings, reviews, search positions, or commercial performance.
13. Book Pricing
The retail price of a publication may be determined considering production costs, printing specifications, distribution charges, retailer margins, taxes, royalties, market conditions, and the publishing arrangement.
Where permitted under the applicable publishing arrangement, NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. may recommend or determine appropriate retail pricing after consultation with the author.
Retail prices displayed by third-party sellers may vary because of discounts, taxes, shipping charges, currency conversion, or retailer policies.
14. Royalties
Where royalties are applicable, the royalty structure, calculation method, payment threshold, payment schedule, and eligible sales channels will be governed by the applicable publishing agreement or package.
Royalties are generally calculated on eligible realized sales rather than complimentary copies, promotional copies, author copies, returned copies, cancelled orders, or copies for which payment has not been successfully realized, unless otherwise agreed.
15. Author Copies
Authors may receive complimentary copies where these are specifically included in their publishing package.
Additional author copies may be purchased at the applicable author or printing price, together with shipping and taxes where applicable.
16. Editing, Formatting and Design
Editing, proofreading, formatting, typesetting, cover design, illustrations, and related services will be provided according to the selected package.
Authors must communicate corrections during the designated proofing/revision stage.
Excessive revisions, substantial rewriting, replacement of major manuscript sections, or changes requested after final approval may attract additional charges.
17. Plagiarism and Research Ethics
NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. expects authors to follow accepted standards of academic and publication ethics.
Authors are responsible for ensuring originality, proper citation, ethical use of research data, appropriate permissions, and accurate attribution of sources.
Where plagiarism, fabricated information, copyright infringement, or serious ethical misconduct is discovered before or after publication, NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. may suspend publication, withdraw the work from its own channels, issue appropriate notices, or take other reasonable corrective action.
18. Artificial Intelligence-Generated Content
Authors remain fully responsible for all content submitted for publication, including content created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools.
Where AI tools have been used substantially in preparing text, images, data, translations, or other material, authors should ensure that such use complies with applicable academic, copyright, institutional, and publishing requirements.
AI-generated material must not be used to fabricate citations, research data, results, authorship, or other misleading information.
19. Third-Party Services
Certain publishing services may depend on third-party organizations, including ISBN agencies, DOI registration agencies, printers, payment gateways, courier companies, online marketplaces, indexing services, libraries, distributors, and technology providers.
NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. is not responsible for changes, interruptions, delays, rejection decisions, or policy changes made independently by such third parties.
20. Website Usage
Users must not use the website to:
- Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.

Authors are responsible for confirming whether a publication satisfies the requirements of their university, institution, funding body, regulatory authority, or academic evaluation system.
25. Changes to Services
NOTATION TRENDPLUS PUBLISHING PVT. LTD. may modify, discontinue, add, or update publishing services, packages, prices, website functionality, and operational procedures when reasonably necessary.
Changes affecting an existing confirmed publishing project will be handled according to the applicable agreement and applicable law.
26. Modification of Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be revised periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal requirements, or technology.

27. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication and mutual discussion.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction provisions specified in the relevant publishing agreement or, where appropriate, the competent courts having jurisdiction.
